What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on different items.Regular prepared stock products MOQ 1carton by full carton, customized products normally around 1000pcs. Welcome to contact us for details.

Could I get samples before bulk order?

Samples are available. Sample fee and freight cost need to be covered by buyers. Sample cost can be refunded when you place formal bulk orders.

How long is your production lead time?

Regular prepared Stock items can be shipped within 10 working days. Custom bulk orders normally take 25-35 days based on order quantity.

Which shipping way can I choose?

A: Sea freight for large bulk orders; Air freight or express for small orders/samples. We can quote shipping cost according to your destination port.

How long your quotation remains valid?

Normally our price is valid for 30 days. Raw material fluctuation may cause price adjustment afterwards.

Is safe packing guaranteed to avoid breakage?

 All goods use safe carton packing. Custom color box packaging is acceptable.

Are your items always in stock?

Some hot-selling models keep stock. We suggest confirming stock availability before placing orders.
