How We Pack Them

What You Can Customize — and Where It Pays

A 13″ charger looks simple on a table, but four variables decide whether it sells in your channel. Color route: a sprayed finish (gold, silver, smoke, ab) is atomized piece by piece and kiln-cured — minimum 200 pcs per color, the wedding-program workhorse; electroplating bonds metal at vacuum level for a mirror that survives rental turnover, at a step up in cost.

Decoration route: fired decals cover Greek-key, sunburst and damask patterns, minimum 1,000 pcs per design — the cheapest per piece at volume. Packing: bubble wrap plus brown carton for freight, foam-in-mailer when the charger ships one at a time off a retail shelf.

The Questions Charger Buyers Ask Us First

• Will the gold flake off? Not if it is fired. Decal rims and sprayed coats go through a kiln cycle that fuses the finish into the surface — peeled edges only happen with cold-painted bargain stock.
• Can they go in a dishwasher? Yes, top rack, commercial cycles included; that is the tempering spec. Prolonged 70°C+ alkaline exposure will dull any plating eventually — air-dry face-down and interleave paper in rental stacks to stretch fleet life.
• One size fits all tables? 13″ is the dinner-plate standard for formal rounds; 11″ works for champagne toasts and tighter cafe tables. Both run the same finishes.

Foam-in-mailer with a printed sleeve is retail logic: a gift shop ships one plate at a time, and a rim chipped in transit costs the sale twice — the refund and the review.
