Manufacturing Process & Quality Control
We started with high-quality raw glass, cut precisely to the 13-inch specification. Through advanced thermal tempering processes, the plates were reinforced to withstand temperature shocks and mechanical stress.
Once shaped, surfaces were treated using automated machinery for perfect decal alignment, followed by high-temperature firing to lock the designs. For electroplated versions, technicians ensured a uniform, tarnish-resistant finish.
